Do you offer payment in instalments?
Yes. Typically I take a 33% deposit to secure the project and get started on strategy. There is another 33% due after we agree on the design. The balance is due when the project is completed and before I transfer the site to your Webflow workspace.
Do I need to provide the copy and images?
I can work with content you provide, or help you shape it as part of the strategy phase. Most clients find they need more input on messaging than they expect — that's what the strategy stage is for. My projects come with a limited number of free high quality stock images.
What if I need changes after launch?
Some edits requested in the first 30 days are included. For ongoing support, the Run it retainer is the right option.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes, if you want to. Some busy folks choose a monthly retainer instead. However, I can show you how to edit and update content before launch.
